Carabuena says sorry

Robert Blair Carabuena  surrendered to MMDA Chairman Francis Tolentino on Thursday and read his apology to Mr. Sonny Fabros.
Carabuena asked for forgiveness from Fabros and appealed to MMDA to allow him to drive while his license is on process for revocation. He said that he needs his license for his job.
Despite his appearance and asking for forgiveness cases filed against him will still push trough according to Chairman Tolentino.
