Ilocos Governor Chavit Singson's photo with foreign models is starting to make waves online. The businessman governor confirmed in a television interview with GMA news that the photo is real. He said that it was taken during a commercial shoot for a brand of liquor that he was about to promote. The women in the photo are all Brazilian models and this was taken inside his private plane.
