A pre-wedding reception was prepared for the constituents of Representative Roman Romulo and Councilor Shalani Soledad who can't attend their wedding on Janaury 22, 2012. The pre-wedding reception was held in an exclusive Manila Polo Club.
The party was organized by Rep Romulo sister Monz who organized everything. Monz also said that having her personal touch to the event is their way of welcoming Shalani in their family.
