Former bad-boy pop star Michel Martelly was sworn in Saturday as the president of Haiti. He was once a bad boy but won the race for president in Haiti with promises to bring change to his impoverished country who is still recovering from the earthquake back in 2010. Moments before his inauguration the electricity went out forcing his guests which includes Former US President Bill Clinton to cool himself manually. Martelly, promises the young Haitians of free education. He also pledged to fight corruption, institute transparency, establish a rule of law and fair justice to everyone.
Martelly is the 56th President of Haiti and is expected by his fellow Haitians to bring progress to their country.
