Cebu Pacific's Flight 5J-971 has been removed, Davao Airport re-opens

Finally, after almost 48 hours of blocking the runway, Cebu Pacific's Flight 5J-971 has been removed. This was confirmed through a tweet of DOTC, Per CAAP, "the Davao Airport runway 05/23 resumed normal operations at 2000H".
The Davao International Airport runway was closed when Cebu Pacific's Flight 5J-971 made an emergency landing making all flights from and to Davao diverted to Gen San Airport.
Cebu Pacific CEO Lance Gokongwei had already apologized for the incident.
