Evans' was arrested on Sunday after his girlfriend Johnelline Hickins and her brother Juan Alberto Carlotta reported to the police that they've been hurt by the Kapamilya actor. Evans' camp had denied the allegation through their lawyer Gerlie Rico and said that everything was purely lies. She added that it was Evans who was hurt in his leg as well as threatened with a knife by Carlotta.
A television news program reported that Evans' had paid his bail amounting to P200.00.
