The so called Davao Death Squad is once again in the limelight of controversy as the Commission on Human Rights urged the Aquino Administration to act on its recommendation to hold the officials of Davao City accountable for the series of extra judicial killings in the city.

Brad Adams, Asia director at Human Rights Watch, said that this is the best time that the Aquino administration should act and probe the officials of Davao City accountable and showed them how serious the government in pursuing fair justice to every Filipino.
