Arrest warrant for Annabelle Rama

Quezon City Regional Trial Court (RTC) has issued a warrant of arrest against Ms. Annabelle Rama. The reason of such issuance was Rama's failure to attend on 14 counts of libel cases filed against her by actress Nadia Montenegro.
Rama uttered several defamatory words against Montenegro as well as accusing Montenegro of having an affair with another man. Rama also posted on her Twitter account Montenegro's debts.
Branch 92 Eleuterio Bersan issued the warrant of arrest and the recommended bail is P140,000.00.
