One Filipino seaman was missing after MV Stolt Valor exploded. The ship was carrying chemical cargoes from Jubail, Saudi Arabia when something exploded causing the fire and forcing the seamen to jump to the sea.
There are 24 Filipinos who were rescued by US Navy while 1 Filipino is still missing according to Philippine Ambassador to Bahrain Ma. Corazon Yap-Bahjin.
