Jessica Nicole Scantlin wife of Wes Scantlin, singer of Puddle of Mudd band was asking the court to dismiss the prenuptial agreement she signed right before she got married to Wes. According to
TMZ report, Jessica filed the petition in L.A court to be
"set aside on the grounds that it is either unenforceable or she was coerced into executing it."
Jessica is asking the court to declare the documents she signed as null and void and want the court to grant her
"one-half interest of all past, present, and future revenues" generated by the music Wes created during the marriage,
TMZ report added.
