Arrest warrant issued vs Anthony Leal Nepomuceno

Anthony Leal Nepomuceno, the suspect in the September 2010 Bar Exam blast that killed atleast 45 people outside the De La Salle University was now ordered to be arrested. The arrest warrant was issued by Regional Trial Court Branch 3 under Judge Jaime Santiago.

Nepomuceno was a member Alpha Phi Omega fraternity, was charged with multiple frustrated and attempted murder. But he denied the allegations against. him.
