Surigao is struck by 5.1 magnitude earthquake according to Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said. Intensity 3 was felt in Tandag, Surigao del Sur while intensity 2 in Socorro, Surigao del Norte.
No Damage was reported and no after shocks were expected.
