The latest Social Weather Stations survey shows majority of Filipinos believed that Aquino administration treated Gloria Arroyo fairly. Sixty nine percent of the 1,200 respondents believe that is treated fairly by the government. The survey was conducted on December 3-7 after GMA was arrested.
Meanwhile, GMA lawyer Ferdinand Topacio said that only the court can judge his client and not the public opinion. He claimed that people are being influenced by the wrong publicity against GMA.
