Vice President Jejomar Binay went to China to asked for  mercy for the a Filipino drug mule who is scheduled to be executed this December 8 for smuggling a 1.5 kilogram of heroin to China from Malaysia. The 35 year old man who asked not to disclosed his name is pleading for help from the Philippine government. Apparently Binay's visit to China was not yet arranged. Binay is hoping to personally hand the letter of appeal by President Benigno Aquino to the Chinese government to atleast delay or lessen the verdict to life imprisonment.
