Manila, Philippines- The Philippines and the world is waiting for the mugshots of Congresswoman Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo after her warrant of arrest was served on Friday November 18, 2011. Unfortunately the most awaited photos won't be published nor shown to the public by anyone not authorize by the court.
"I have given specific instructions to the arresting officers and police custodians to ensure that only the presiding judge of RTC Branch 112 of Pasay City or his duly designated representative shall have access to the booking sheets, mugshots, and fingerprint cards of Rep. Arroyo," Philippine National Police (PNP) Director General Nicanor Bartolome said.
Mugshots.com was able to published three mugshots of CGMA. But authorities particularly Director General Nicanor Bartolome, DILG Sec. Jesse Robredo and Deputy Presidential spokesperson Abigail Valte said that the mugshots that circulates online is not genuine but fake. They all denied that the real photos has not been shown to any media outlets and that only authorize people can view it.
