MISRATA, Libya- Moammar Gadhafi’s blood-streaked body was put and displayed in a commercial freezer at a shopping center as Libyan authorities are still trying to figure out on what to do with the dictator's body. Gadhafi's dead body was seen in beige trouser is laid on a bloodied mattress on the floor of a room-sized freezer where restaurants and stores in the center keep perishables. A bullet hole is visible on the left side of his head and in the center of his chest. Dried blood streaks his arms and head.
The bloody images of Gadhafi that has been circulating online draws reaction from the United Nations human rights office who calls for an investigation of his death. As to who shot the hated dictator is still unknown. Some speculate that it was his own body guard who shot him to save him from disgrace if he will be caught alive. There is a video that was shown by an Arab television of which the hated leader was grabbed and was beaten by his countrymen. It was a chaotic and tragic moment for Gadhafi.
