The child who was hit by two vehicles and was ignored by more than a dozen of passers had already died at 12:32 on Friday morning. Guangzhou Military Hospital has failed in saving the life of little Wang Yue. The video captured in the area where Wang Yue was hit draws criticisms from different parts of the world. More than a dozen of passers, cyclers and drivers passed and just ignored the bleeding Wang Yue. But no matter how many people ignore this poor child, one good samaritan was sent to help her.
Chen Xianmei, a 58 year old scavenger pulled Wang Yue and call for help. According to state-run Xinhua news agency, Chen Xianmei was given $3,135 as a gift by the two government in Guandong province.
