Many of us wants our child to be the best among others. And we parents are responsible for that. One may say that if the child is really intelligent there is nothing that you can do because he/she will eventually excel. That may be true but still diet and other factors may contribute to a child performance in school. Don’t tell me that a hungry child will still be able to concentrate well on in class even if her stomach is crying out for food, I think not. Thus, a child’s diet and food intake will still be a factor in the development of her/his brain. The following food maybe of help to you parents in molding out your child’s brain.
  1. Peanut butter/Peanuts
  2. oats
  3. eggs
  4. berries
  5. tomatoes, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, carrots, spinnach
  6. lean beef
  7. beans
  8. whole grains
  9. salmon
  10. milk/yogurt
These foods are rich in Vitamin E, protein, Thiamine, energy, fiber and lots of minerals which is very essential in keeping the brain healthy. Why not try making special recipes out of this foods and serve it to your little ones..:)
