Erap, running for Mayor?

Manila, Philippines- Former President Joseph Ejercito Estrada said he's thinking of becoming a mayor of the city of Manila. "I'm thinking about it. I started as a mayor, I end up as a mayor, that's destiny," Estrada said in during a guest appearance at ANC's Strictly Politics. "I was born in Tondo," he added.
Estrada was an actor, a mayor of San Juan, a senator, a vice president and a president.
Estrada was also asked by host Pia Honteveros if he believes that Gloria Arroyo cheated in the 2004 election, "of course, 101% she cheated," he said.
