New York-Nafissatou Diallo, the accuser of Former International Monetary Fund Managing Director Dominique Strauss-Kahn of sexually assaulting her met with prosecutors on Wednesday for several hours to discuss several details of the case she filed. Diallo, 32, broke her silence three days ago after having an interview with Newsweek and ABC News arrived at the district attorney's office with her lawyer Kenneth Thompson urging the prosecutors to continue the case.

The district attorney's office is now studying whether to move forward with charges of sexual assault and attempted rape and declined to give insights regarding the session.

The case against Strauss-Kahn has teetered for weeks since prosecutors disclosed they had uncovered several discrepancies in Diallo's account of her past, and of the immediate aftermath of the alleged assault in a New York hotel back in May.
Strauss-Kahn is no longer on house arrest but is differed from leaving the country.
