Man's penis cut off thrown in garbage

Catherine Kieu Becker cut off her husband penis and threw it in a garbage. Police authorities said that Catherine drugged his stranged husband meal and fed him. The 51 year old man was unconscious after eating the drugged meal. Catherine then tied him and cut his
penis and threw it. She then called the 911 and acknowledged the crime. She was set to be in court on Monday and her bail was set to $1 million. 


Meanwhile the victim was still at the hospital and is currently undergoing an operation.
