Gov. Salceda's mother died

Manila, Philippines- The mother of Albay Governor Joey Salceda died at 7 am on July 26, 2011. According to a text message sent to Anthony Taberna of Umagang Kay Ganda (UKG) Salceda's mother slipped and fell on her head causing a hemorrhage. Gov. Salceda was supposed to appear at UKG's segment Punto por Punto hosted by Taberna but failed to appear due to the incident.
