6.5 quake hits Japan

Tokyo- Northern Japan was hit by a strong 6.5 magnitude quake at 1:34 PM off the Pacific coast of Miyagi. According to 
United States Geological Survey, the epicenter was 125 kilometers (77 miles) northeast of Sendai city, Miyagi’s capital.There were no immediate reports of damage or injuries. The Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant is also intact and is not affected.
