A British judge issue and an order prohibiting Twitter, Facebook or any social networking site to disclose sensitive information and issues. Mr Justice Baker, in the Court of Protection in London, order was in accordance with an ill-woman who can only be referred as "M".
M has been suffering from swelling of the brain stem since 2003 when she was 43 has been minimally conscious.
The injunction was issued to prevent the media from contacting the list of 65 people who were connected with the case including the relatives and those who cared for M.
But some journalists and analysts said that the order is somewhat difficult to enforce because both Twitter and Facebook is located in US and is run by American people which is obviously out of English court's jurisdiction.
