Ulysses Lustre, father of Nadine Lustre was bashed  due to his social media post. "Facebook says, "What's on your mind?". I guess it means that I'm entitled to rant, once in a while. Here it goes; I'm flop and you're High Gross, what are you afraid of. You feel so threatened, you're desperate to break us apart. I hope someday you get what you deserve. What comes around, goes around." (Published as it is).
The supporters of Kathryn Bernardo reacted and defended her. Some said Mr. Lustre should have to think first before he posted as this would affect her daughter, Nadine. Singer Sheryn Regis allegedly had an affair with another woman

Singer Sheryn Regis allegedly has an affair with another woman. Emy Madrigal, a businesswoman who is currently based in US divulge the news to a local entertainment website PEP. Madrigal narrated that she and Regis met through the “nephew/niece” of Madrigal.

Madrigal said that it was Regis who eagerly courted her in 2005. Madrigal also said that it was her first time to be courted by a lesbian and she was shocked to know when Regis told her that she was a lesbian. Madrigal cant believed knowing that Regis has a husband and a baby. Their mutual relationship lasted for 5 years and they became “officially on” in 2011.

Madrigal said that their relationship is like a “boyfriend-girlfriend” relationship wherein they do what lovers usually did when they met even on Skype only. She also said that she learned to love Regis because she acted like a man in the relationship. She also added that Regis is very aggressive and sweet yet easily gets jealous. This makes her love Regis even more. She gives Regis whatever she needs since Regis has no permanent work in the US. When asked what those things are, she just said that she doesn't need to enumerate. Anything that Regis needs as long as she can afford it, she give it without hesitation.

Problems occur when Regis didn’t communicate with her. At first it was just days, then weeks, and months. The longest that they didn’t talk is 6 months. That is the time that Madrigal suspected that Regis might have another woman. Her suspicion is indeed true. She learned that Regis is living with the other woman and their relationship started back in 2007.  Madrigal said she got mad when she learned about the other relationship of Sheryn. She also said that she was able to meet the other woman and confirmed to her that Sheryn’s family lives in her house.

Comedian-TV host Vhong Navarro divulged that a certain Denise Millet Cornejo is the name of the girl who invited him to her condo in Taguig.
According to Vhong, it was supposed to be a friendly meeting with Cornejo which turned out to be his worst nightmare. According to Vhong there are about 6-7 people who beat him and try to extort money from him. He was then brought to a police station to sign the blotter of Cornejo apparently raping her.

Jackie Chan calls US 'most corrupt' country in the world

HONG KONG - Hong Kong action hero Jackie Chan has once again provoked criticism, this time from an American blogger, after suggesting on Chinese television that the US is the "most corrupt" country in the world.

"When you talk about corruption -- the whole world, is there corruption in the United States? The most corrupt in the world!" the Rush Hour star, who has made headlines recently for his controversial views, told Phoenix TV last month.

Chan reaffirmed his view after the show's host questioned him -- "Of course! Where did the great breakdown come from? The world, the United States started it," Chan said, referring to the financial crisis and gesticulating as he spoke.

GMA Network's Official Statement on Sarah Lahbati

This is the official statement issued by GMA Network regarding the controversial tweets of Sarah Lahbati.

"Last December, Sarah Lahbati unilaterally decided to take a leave of absence of one (1) month from GMA Network, because she said she wanted to de-stress and unwind. Because her reasons were vague, they were not accepted by management. While we understand that work in our industry can be stressful (as in any business), we believe that this is not only unavoidable in most cases, but also a part of what one does as a professional and/or performing artist.
"Her leave of absence was also disapproved by management because of her pending obligations (i.e. Party Pilipinas, on-going promos and other endorsement commitments). However, on the evening of Jan 2, she tweeted that she will be going to Switzerland to study, despite the disapproval given to her last December on taking a leave. This is in violation...

Senator Lapid's wife is FREE for 3 weeks

Mrs. Marissa Tadeo Lapid, 55, wife of Senator Lito Lapid was granted by the US government with 21 days vacation to the Philippines. Mrs. Lapid is currently in the country and is spending time with her family.  Mrs. Lapid is facing charges in the US when she was caught with $50,000 at McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas last November 27, 2011.

Willie Revillame's new show

TV host Willie Revillame announced on Saturday that Wil Time Big Time will have its final show on January 5 but added that there will be a new show that is coming out.
He assured his supporters that the new show will surely be a big one with a big and spacious new studio and of course big prizes! The audience clapped their hands to show their happiness and agreement to Revillame's announcement.
Revillame however, did not name the title and the time slot of his new show but gave a hint on possible title by asking the audience to say," Wow na Wow Willie!"

Sobbing Rihanna recalls confusion of Chris Brown beating

LOS ANGELES - A sobbing Rihanna has told Oprah Winfrey she felt protective of boyfriend Chris Brown after he beat her up more than three years ago and was concerned that everyone would think of him as a monster.

The "Umbrella" singer, in a rare emotional TV interview set to air on Sunday detailing her thoughts about the highly publicized 2009 assault, told Winfrey that the days and weeks after incident left her confused and ashamed.

"It was embarrassing, it was humiliating," Rihanna told Winfrey in the interview, excerpts of which were released on Thursday. "I lost my best friend. Everything I knew switched, switched in a night, and I couldn't control that.

"It was a weird, confusing space to be in. Because as angry as I was - as angry and hurt and betrayed - I just felt like he made that mistake because he needed help. And who's going to help him?

"Nobody's going to say he needs help. Everybody's going to say he's a monster, without looking at the source. And I was more concerned about him," she added.

Rihanna, now 24, was left battered and bruised from the beating by Brown in Los Angeles on the eve of the Grammy Awards in February 2009. Brown, 19 at the time and a rising R&B singer, pleaded guilty to assault and was sentenced to five years probation, community service and domestic violence counseling.

He publicly apologized, but his career and public image took a dive. Brown's career has since recovered, and he won his first Grammy award earlier this year for the hit album "F.A.M.E".

Rihanna has rarely opened up emotionally in public about the events of that night.
Winfrey, who interviewed Rihanna in the singer's Barbados home, said in a promotion for Sunday's show that she had started with a fixed idea of Rihanna based on her provocative music videos and sexually charged lyrics, but her view quickly changed.

"I thought she was going to be kind of a badass, kind of a hard-edged rocker, pop woman. Nothing could have been further from the truth," Winfrey said.

The full interview will be broadcast on Sunday on Winfrey's OWN cable network.

Actress Maja Salvador confirms her breakup with her boyfriend Matteo Guidicelli in a television interview with Kris TV hosted by Kris Aquino.

Maja was asked by Kris of how her love life is going on and she immediately responded, "single". However she said that she and Guidicelli are still friends and cleared out that their is no third party involved in the break-up. She also said that it is a mutual decision to end their relationship since both of them are busy with their respective careers. 

Sylvester Stallone's son found dead

 

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Aspiring actor and filmmaker Sage Stallone, the son of action movie star Sylvester Stallone, was found dead on Friday at his home in Hollywood, authorities and his attorney said.

Police and a lawyer for Sage Stallone, 36, the younger of two sons from his father's first marriage, gave conflicting accounts of how he was found, but police said there was no sign of forced entry or foul play.

Los Angeles police spokesman Lieutenant Andy Neiman said police found the younger Stallone's body in the home while responding to a call asking authorities to check on his well-being. He said the case was turned over to the county coroner's office.

Attorney George Braunstein said he was found by a housekeeper.

"There was some concern that his family and friends hadn't heard from him in the past day, and that's why the housekeeper went over there and opened up the house," the lawyer said. "It's a tragedy. He was a young, talented extremely good filmmaker and a lovely person."

Sage Stallone had appeared in a number of films, most notably with his father in 1990's "Rocky V," playing the title character's son, Rocky Balboa Jr., and in the 1996 disaster movie "Daylight," in which Sylvester Stallone starred as a hero leading an escape from a New York tunnel collapse and his son played a prison inmate.

Sage Stallone was the second of two sons fathered by Sylvester Stallone, now 66, with his first wife, Sasha Czack, whom he divorced in 1985 after about 10 years of marriage. He has three other children by his third and current wife, Jennifer Flavin.

A statement issued by the elder actor's publicist said: "Sylvester Stallone is devastated and grief-stricken over the sudden loss of his son, Sage Stallone. His compassion and thoughts are with Sage's mother, Sasha. Sage was a very talented and wonderful young man. His loss will be felt forever."

Neither police nor Braunstein had any specifics about the circumstances of the death.

"We don't know any of the details but it must have been some sort of tragic accident. He was full of life and working on projects," Braunstein said. "He wasn't at all depressed or anything like that."

Braunstein said he believed that Sylvester Stallone was returning to Los Angeles from the Comic-Con pop culture convention in San Diego.

Bee Gee Robin Gibb came close to death: doctors

LONDON - Bee Gees singer Robin Gibb is conscious and able to speak to his wife and family after waking from a coma caused by a combination of illnesses that nearly cost him his life, his doctors said on Sunday.

Paying tribute to his "iron will", Gibb's medical team said the singer had defied the odds to regain consciousness more than a week after he went into a coma.

However, the outlook for the 62-year-old musician remains uncertain as he receives more treatment for advanced bowel cancer, pneumonia and liver failure.

"Only three days ago, I warned Robin's wife, Dwina, son, Robin John, and brother, Barry, that I feared the worst," Dr Andrew Thillainayagam, of Imperial College Healthcare, said in a statement released by Gibb's spokesman.

"We felt it was very likely that Robin would succumb to what seemed to be insurmountable obstacles to any form of meaningful recovery. As a team, we were all concerned that we might be approaching the realms of futility.

"It is testament to Robin's extraordinary courage, iron will and deep reserves of physical strength that he has overcome quite incredible odds to get where he is now."

While Gibb remains weak and needs an oxygen mask to help him breath, doctors hope that if his condition improves they might be able to move him out of the intensive care unit.

His family has been at his bedside every day, talking and playing him his favorite music, Thillainayagam added.

Gibb founded the Bee Gees with his twin brother Maurice and older brother Barry in the late 1950s and went on to sell an estimated 200 million records.

The group produced some of the most memorable hits of the 1970s, including "Night Fever", "Tragedy" and "How Deep Is Your Love".

Kris Aquino is highest paid celebrity

Queen of All Media Kris Aquino is dubbed as the highest paid celebrity for 2010. According to a document from Bureau of Internal Revenue Aquino had a total taxable income of 101 million in 2010 and she paid the government 32.3 million. 

She was followed by Willie Revillame with an earning of 82 million in 2010 and has paid 26.5 million of his taxes. 

Aquino has been very vocal regarding her tax payments even before her brother became President.

Aiza breaks up with girlfriend Chen

 

Aiza Seguerra broke up with Chen Sarte, her girlfriend for seven years. It was reported that Aiza has a new girlfriend already and that Sarte has already accepted it and have move on with her life.
Sarte hopes to have her own identity in the music industry as a talent manager not as an ex girlfriend of Aiza Seguerra. She appealed to the public to stop those non-sense intrigues between her and Seguerra.
